Job summary

Nestlé Australia is seeking a Customer Business Manager – Pharmacy to lead strategic partnerships with major pharmacy customers and drive growth across Nutrition and Health portfolios.

You will develop joint business plans, identify opportunities, and bring commercial plans to life in a fast-paced FMCG environment. Pharmacy channel experience or wholesaler/retailer accounts are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Proven sales, account management or customer management experience.
• Pharmacy or unstructured (wholesaler/retailer) accounts experience is essential.
• Experience in health & wellness categories like Sports Nutrition, VMS, Weight Management is well regarded.
• Strong commercial, analytical and negotiation skills.
• A proactive mindset with the confidence to influence and deliver results.
• A collaborative approach and passion for building great customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute strategic customer plans to drive sales and growth.
• Build strong partnerships with key Pharmacy customers and wholesalers.
• Turn customer, shopper and market insights into commercial opportunities.
• Manage trade investment to maximise return and performance.
• Collaborate across Sales, Category, Marketing and Field Sales to deliver outstanding execution.
• Respond quickly to changing customer and market dynamics.
