Galderma, a global leader in dermatology, seeks a Pharmacy Education Manager to join the North Sydney team. You will advance the Consumer HCP strategy to position Galderma as the scientific partner of choice in dermatological skincare and cultivate advocacy among Dermatologists, Pharmacists and Pharmacy Assistants.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or Master in Science, preferably Pharmacy.
• Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (optional)

Responsabilités

• Support the development of HCP strategy plans across ANZ Consumer brands to drive recommendation by bringing knowledge of pharmacy trends and opportunities for growth and launch brands.
• Develop detailing and education materials to win recommendations with HCPs from Dermatologists to Pharmacists and Pharmacy Assistants to optimize commercial outcomes.
• Develop digital marketing strategies to expand Galderma HCP reach.
• Execute key strategies in line with annual brand plans (ABPs) to grow and maintain Galderma’s market share as leaders in Dermatology.
