Star Discount Chemist Rockhampton is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Assistant on a full-time basis. You will deliver exceptional customer care, advise on health and beauty products, and assist with prescription submissions to our pharmacists.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service environment with a friendly and professional approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to assist customers and colleagues.
• Retail or pharmacy experience is preferred but not essential.
• Professional presentation and customer-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and expert advice on health and beauty products.
• Assist customers with prescription submissions to our pharmacists.
• Invoicing and stocktaking.
• Operate the point of sale and manage cash handling.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized and welcoming.
• Promote current sales and product offerings to customers.
