Star Discount Chemist Rockhampton is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Assistant for a full-time role. You will provide customer service on health and beauty products, assist with prescriptions, manage invoicing, stock, and cash at the register, and help keep the store welcoming and well-presented.

Qualifications

• Customer service orientation with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Retail or pharmacy experience is a plus but not essential.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and expert advice on health and beauty products.
• Assist customers with prescription submissions to pharmacists.
• Invoicing and stocktaking.
• Operate the point of sale and manage cash handling.
• Ensure the store remains clean, organized and welcoming.
• Promote current sales and product offerings to customers.
