Job summary

Star Discount Chemist Rockhampton is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Assistant for a full-time role. You will provide customer service on health and beauty products, assist with prescriptions, manage invoicing, stock, and cash at the register, and help keep the store welcoming and well-presented.

The RoleAs a Pharmacy Assistant, you’ll be a vital part of our team, helping us deliver exceptional customer care. In this role, you’ll:

Provide outstanding customer service and expert advice on health and beauty products.

Assist customers with prescription submissions to our pharmacists.

Invoicing and stocktaking

Operate the point of sale and manage cash handling.

Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and welcoming.

Promote current sales and product offerings to customers.

Bonus Points If You Have:

A Certificate in Community Pharmacy (I-IV).

Experience with MINFOS or FRED dispensing systems.
