Job summary

Only Health in Central Queensland is seeking an experienced Pharmacist Manager to lead a community pharmacy. The role offers a salary package of $195k–$200k AUD, plus a $15k rental allowance, with Monday–Friday hours and no weekends.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, dispense using Z Dispense, and drive patient care while building strong community relationships. Start date flexible; relocation sponsorship may be considered.

Qualifications

• Holds current AHPRA general registration as a pharmacist.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently with accountability.
• Reliable with leadership and organisational abilities.
• Committed to community pharmacy and patient relationships.
• Experience as Pharmacist Manager or PIC is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day dispensing and checks using Z Dispense.
• Provide high quality patient care and services.
• Manage stock and pharmacy operations.
