Raven's Recruitment in Queensland is seeking a full-time Pharmacist Manager to lead a dedicated team of three Dispensary Technicians, multiple Pharmacy Assistants, and a Retail Manager. The role focuses on clinical pharmacy services, vaccinations, and day-to-day operations in a community pharmacy setting near Brisbane and Ipswich.

This leadership position offers a Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday roster with flexible options, a competitive hourly rate of $65 plus super and a $5,000 sign-on

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist.
• Accreditation to vaccinate in QLD.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with Z software (preferred but not essential).
• Commitment to patient-centred care.

This well-established community pharmacy is seeking a full-time Pharmacist Manager to lead a dedicated and collaborative team of three Dispensary Technicians, multiple Pharmacy Assistants, and a capable Retail Manager.

Located within commuting distance from Brisbane and Ipswich, the pharmacy sits adjacent to a medical centre and offers convenient onsite parking. In this role, you'll oversee the day-to-day pharmacy operations, provide professional services including vaccinations, and work closely with the retail and dispensary teams to deliver exceptional patient care.
