Job summary

CCL Label in Chirnside Park, Melbourne, is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our Pharmaceutical Division. You will provide exceptional service and support to customers while collaborating with sales, production and internal stakeholders to manage orders from entry through to production.

Key responsibilities include raising and maintaining sales orders, confirming specifications, coordinating with customers on scheduling and artwork, and building strong relationships

Qualifications

• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or related print/label sector preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Well organised with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Raise and maintain technical job bags and sales orders.
• Confirm orders and specifications with customers.
• Liaise with customers regarding scheduling, artwork, and job requirements.
• Coordinate with production and attend production planning meetings.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through proactive communication.
• Support the Sales and Customer Service teams and other internal departments.
• Ensure customer information and job details are processed accurately and on time.
• Assist with general administration and other duties as required.
