Job summary

Viatris Australia is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to drive growth in GP and Pharmacist channels across the North East Victoria territory. You will plan and execute territory strategies, build strong customer relationships and promote our value-added services.

The role requires 2+ years of GP sales experience, a bachelor’s degree (Pharmacy, Business or Science) and a proven sales track record. Hybrid detailing experience is a plus, and eligibility to work in Australia is required.

Qualifications

• Experienced GP Sales Representative – 2 years minimum.
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business or Science.
• Strong track record of sales success and client influence.
• Experience in hybrid (virtual and face-to-face) detailing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate a first-class sales experience to GP and Pharmacist customers.
• Develop territory plans and monitor performance against KPIs.
• Leverage key opinion leaders to educate customers.
• Promote value-add services to improve patient care quality.
• Maintain high level of industry and portfolio knowledge.
• Ensure timely completion of administration and CRM entries.
• Strive to achieve or exceed KPI targets per strategy.
