Job summary

Viatris Australia is seeking a Business Advisor for a 12-month maternity leave contract in Melbourne. You will manage the 1st line accounts, drive sales of dispensary and OTC products, and develop quarterly business plans with clear targets and outcomes.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science or Sales, with 1–2 years in Australia’s generic market and strong communication skills. Eligible to work in Australia is a must.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Pharmacy, Science or Sales.
• At least 1 year experience in Australia’s generic market.
• 1-2 years in B2B complex sales environments.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; eligible to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Maintain designated territory to ensure optimum service to 1st line accounts.
• Exceed net sales targets for dispensary and OTC products within territory.
• Maintain loyalty of 1st line accounts through close relationships.
• Execute business tactics to optimize substitution opportunities.
• Design and execute quarterly business plans with targets and outcomes.
• Facilitate a top-tier sales experience using insights, analytics and deal strategies.
• Record and assess call outcomes in the CRM system.
