GSK in Australia is seeking a 12-month contract Sales Representative to join the Primary Care sales team. You will promote key respiratory or vaccines brands across east and south Victoria, working in-field five days a week with country travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of field-based sales experience or similar customer-facing role.
• Experience engaging with healthcare professionals, ideally in primary care or hospital settings.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for in-person and virtual engagement.
• Tertiary qualification in business, marketing, science, pharmacology or related field.
• Full state driving license and ability to travel across your territory five days per week, including country territories where needed.
• Demonstrated resilience, coachability and a growth mindset.

Responsabilités

• Ownership and accountability to achieve territory business objectives for promoted medicines.
• Develop and execute a robust territory business plan aligned to the brand strategy and critical success factors.
• Able to work collaboratively with peers to drive excellent execution within day-to-day responsibilities of the Sales Representative role.
• Track territory performance, manage expenses, and report outcomes to meet targets.
• Ensure sales activities adhere to all relevant industry and GSK codes for promotion and business ethics.
• Live the GSK values and demonstrate behavioural expectations.
• In-field five days per week, with country travel as required.
