Job summary

Centurion is seeking an experienced Transport Coordinator in Western Australia to manage day-to-day trailer movements, scheduling and dispatching loads safely and on time. The role is hands-on, working with drivers and internal teams to ensure loads are configured and dispatched efficiently.

The position requires coordinating with drivers across multiple Perth locations, monitoring movements, and maintaining accurate records while addressing any issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Organised and solutions-focused candidate with transport coordination experience.
• Experience in transport and logistics is desirable.
• Knowledge of TMS and tracking/scheduling systems is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and record keeping.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule Southwest transport operations for timely trailer deliveries.
• Configure freezer and chiller loads for collection and delivery across Perth locations.
• Coordinate drivers and trailers for on-time departures within booked time slots.
• Monitor transport movements and address operational issues; maintain transport records.
• Collaborate with drivers and internal teams for efficient daily operations.
• Identify and resolve scheduling and operational issues as they arise.
