• Lead the planning and scheduling strategy for labour and assets.
• Drive standardised rostering and scheduling practices.
• Coach and develop the rostering and scheduling team to improve service outcomes.
• Implement strategic rostering and scheduling transformation initiatives.
• Maintain relationships that support business performance.
• Develop tools that improve labour and asset efficiency.
