Job summary

McConnell Dowell is seeking an organized Site Administrator to support a major infrastructure project in Perth. Two opportunities exist: one in Adelaide Terrace overlooking the Swan River, and another at the project site south of the river.

Both roles are Perth-based with no FIFO roster and offer exposure to large-scale WA infrastructure work. You will work closely with Project Managers to keep daily operations smooth, coordinating office tasks, payroll records, invoices, reports and travel

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, ideally within construction, infrastructure or a project environment.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently with minimal direction.
• Clear communication and a professional, approachable manner.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day office and project administration.
• Maintain cost records, process orders and check invoices against supporting documentation.
• Collate timesheets and maintain payroll and personnel records.
• Manage document control, filing systems and project registers.
• Coordinate office requirements, meetings, travel and accommodation.
• Prepare reports and correspondence while providing responsive administrative support to the project team.
