Job summary

Genus Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join our site-based team in Perth on a 5:2 DIDO roster. You will provide high-level administrative and project support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations and smooth project delivery across WA.

The role suits a proactive, highly organised individual who can coordinate stakeholders, onboarding, procurement, and reporting for a major infrastructure and resources project.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Administrator within construction, mining, or engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of project administration processes and systems.
• Highly organised, able to manage competing priorities, and meticulous.
• Proactive problem-solver with the ability to anticipate challenges.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience supporting mobilisation activities with recruitment/site teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end project administration support to the project team.
• Manage project documentation, correspondence, and reporting.
• Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and track actions.
• Assist with onboarding of personnel, including mobilisation and compliance.
• Support procurement processes including raising purchase orders and tracking invoices.
• Maintain project registers, cost tracking, and data entry.
• Liaise with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients.
• Assist with reporting requirements and project deliverables.
