Hexagon Mining, based in Perth, is seeking an Office Coordinator to support our CBD head office. The role covers reception, facilities, event coordination, onboarding, and general admin to keep the office running smoothly.

You will work Monday to Friday, full-time, on-site in Perth, coordinating with teams to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain efficient operations in a dynamic environment.

• Proven experience in corporate reception management, office administration, or high-end hospitality.
