Job summary

dnata catering & retail in Perth is seeking a dedicated Catering Attendant to join our full-time team. You will work in a fast-paced kitchen, preparing meals, assembling trays, stocking airline carts, and ensuring items meet safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Full ongoing working rights in Australia.
• Pass pre-employment checks including National Police Check and medical assessment.
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays; ability to stand for extended periods.
• Strong commitment to safety, hygiene and compliance.
• Team-first mindset with good communication.
• Basic knife skills; food hygiene knowledge desirable.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, portioning, and plating meals following visual presentation guides.
• Assembling meal trays to airline specifications and loading them into airline carts.
• Stocking airline carts with packaged food, beverages, and equipment.
• Loading and unloading dishwashers with cutlery, crockery, and glassware, ensuring all items are clean and in perfect condition.
• Following all food safety, hygiene and workplace safety policies, including HACCP, IFSA, and QSAI standards.
