Qualifications

• Must have full ongoing working rights in Australia.
• Ability to pass pre-employment checks (National Police Check and medical).
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, and stand for long periods.
• Strong commitment to safety, hygiene and compliance.
• Team-first mindset and willingness to support colleagues.
• Good communication and basic numeracy skills.
• Basic knife skills (role-specific).
• Food hygiene and HACCP knowledge (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and portion food items to airline and customer specifications.
• Follow recipes and guides to ensure consistency and quality of meals.
• Pack and prepare meals for dispatch per production schedules.
• Collaborate with other teams to meet on-time delivery requirements.
• Complete food safety and quality documentation per standards.
• Adhere to HACCP, IFSA and QSAI policies.
