• Strong client relationships in WA.
• Knowledge of Australian Standards.
• Experience in developing Performance Solutions.
• Ability to manage risk exposure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage current and future workloads to achieve financial targets.
• Support and guide Project Leads, Engineers and Graduates to perform successfully.
• Ensure high-quality service to key clients.
• Oversee design, documentation, and construction phase activities including reviews and reporting.
• Engage with discipline colleagues across WA/QLD/NT.
• Adhere to professional standards and Stantec procedures.
• Contribute to company culture.
• Desirable: Project management and proposal/pursuit experience.
