Job summary

M.J. Bale, Australia's premier gentlemen's clothier, is seeking a Store Business Manager for its Perth flagship. You will take full ownership of store performance, lead from the floor and create an experience that keeps customers returning.

You'll coach and motivate the team, drive sales to hit KPIs, manage rosters, stock, visual merchandising and daily operations, and develop a strong local client base while maintaining the highest service and presentation standards.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience, ideally in premium fashion or menswear.
• Strong sales record and ability to meet targets.
• Ability to coach, motivate and hold a team accountable.
• Strong commercial awareness and operational skills.
• Genuine interest in tailoring, styling and customer service.
• Hands-on leadership style and willingness to lead from the floor.

About the role

Each Store Business Manager will take full ownership of their store's performance, lead from the floor and create an experience that keeps customers coming back.

Your day will include:
