Stellar Recruitment represents a prominent civil contractor expanding into Perth, WA, seeking an experienced Project Manager for subdivision and land development projects. You will lead delivery, manage budgets and build relationships with clients and stakeholders as the Perth team forms.

The role offers a path to leadership with an established contractor and a strong project pipeline in Western Australia.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering civil construction projects for contractors.
• Strong subdivision, land development, drainage, earthworks or roadworks background.
• Commercially astute with contract administration, cost control and forecasting skills.
• Confident leading project teams and managing clients, subcontractors and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead subdivision and land development projects from award through to completion.
• Manage programme, budget, forecasting, procurement and commercial performance.
• Coordinate project teams, supervisors, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers.
• Build strong relationships with clients, authorities and other key stakeholders.
• Drive safety, quality, productivity and timely project delivery.
