Job summary

Stantec in Perth is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to manage the civil design and documentation for land, urban and subdivision projects in both public and private sectors. You will coordinate with a multi-disciplinary design team and deliver projects from feasibility through construction.

The role requires a Bachelor of Civil Engineering with proven design delivery, strong communication, and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in civil engineering design and delivery of urban/land/subdivision projects.
• Experience with design, modelling and construction.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, coordination and project management of land, urban and subdivision projects from feasibility to construction.
• Prepare technical reports and specifications.
• Provide technical expertise to clients and support projects.
• Manage budgets and scheduling.
• Coordinate between disciplines on multidisciplinary projects.
• Undertake site inspections.
• Develop knowledge in civil engineering within the team.
• Maintain relationships with key clients.
• Support business development and client relationships.
