Splend is seeking a City Manager for our Perth hub. You will run day-to-day operations, lead a small team, drive new business, and ensure a seamless customer journey from onboarding to exchanges and terminations.

Your hands-on approach will keep vehicles moving and fully utilised across Western Australia. You will balance sales, operations, and customer service, coaching team members, managing fleet logistics, and delivering strong local revenue while maintaining data integrity and operational

Qualificações

• Proven hands-on sales experience with a track record of hitting targets.
• Experience managing an operational team in a B2C retail environment.
• Fleet management experience with data analytics.
• Knowledge of the on-demand economy; Uber familiarity preferred.
• Experience in rental car or fleet finance industry.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach a small team in Perth, driving performance and development.
• Personally drive new driver acquisition and grow local revenue.
• Oversee the full customer lifecycle from onboarding to exchanges and terminations.
• Identify and convert maintenance revenue opportunities across the PAYG fleet.
• Manage daily, weekly and monthly reporting of the state’s operations and KPIs.
• Coordinate vehicle deliveries and logistics, ensuring optimal utilisation.
• Maintain fleet utilisation in line with national standards.
