Splend in Perth is seeking a City Manager to lead the daily operations of our WA hub. You will drive new business, onboard customers, and manage a small team including a Vehicle Logistics Specialist. You’ll oversee the full customer journey, maximise fleet utilisation, and contribute to Perth hub growth.

You will also coach a Product Expert and Vehicle Logistics Specialists, drive local revenue, and ensure data integrity and efficient logistics across Western Australia.

Competenze

• Proven hands-on sales experience with a track record of hitting or exceeding personal targets.
• Experience managing an operational team in a B2C retail environment.
• Fleet management experience with a keen eye for data analytics.

Mansioni

• Personally drive new customer acquisition through prospecting, pitching, and converting drivers to Splend.
• Lead a small team and manage day-to-day operations of the Perth hub.
• Oversee customer lifecycle from onboarding to exchanges and terminations, and manage escalations.
