Splend in Perth is seeking a proactive City Manager to run the day-to-day operations of our WA hub. You will lead a small team, drive new business, manage the fleet and oversee the full customer journey from onboarding to exchanges and terminations, ensuring vehicles stay moving and utilised across Western Australia.

You’ll be hands-on in growing Splend’s presence, combining sales accountability with operational excellence, mentoring a Vehicle Logistics Specialist and coordinating with the Hub

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on sales experience with a track record of hitting targets.
• Experience managing an operational team in a B2C retail environment.
• Fleet management experience with data analytics capability.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the on-demand economy, preferably Uber.
• Experience in the rental car or fleet-related industry.

Responsabilités

• Manage and develop a team including a Product Expert and Vehicle Logistics Specialists, with monthly 1:1s.
• Personally drive new customer acquisition, prospecting and converting drivers for Splend.
• Oversee the customer lifecycle from onboarding to exchanges and terminations, handling escalations.
• Identify and convert maintenance revenue opportunities across the PAYG fleet.
• Manage daily, weekly and monthly reporting of WA operations with actionable insights.
• Coordinate vehicle deliveries and logistics across Western Australia, ensuring damage is charged appropriately.
• Maintain fleet utilisation aligned with national standards and minimise downtime.
