Job summary

Indie Campers is seeking an on-site Operations Supervisor (City Lead) to run a small depot in Western Australia. This role is 70–80% hands-on, coordinating workflows, ensuring fleet readiness, and delivering a consistent, customer-centric service.

You will report to the Operations Manager and contribute to cost control and SOP adherence. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in fast-paced operations, logistics, or hospitality, a Category B driving licence, and fluent English; weekend work may be

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in fast-paced operations, logistics, rental, hospitality, or customer-facing environments.
• Strong hands-on operational capability and ability to step into daily depot workflows.
• Driving Licence (Category B) and English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Execute and coordinate all rental workflows: check-in, check-out, documentation, and system updates (including cleaning and maintenance).
• Track daily KPIs.
• Promote ancillary products through value-based selling.
• Conduct basic RV/van checks (battery, water systems, gas, lights, tyres).
• Elevate complex technical or mechanical problems to regional servicing teams.
