Job summary

Kaplan Australia in Perth seeks a facilities professional to manage all facility and contractor-based services across Perth campuses and provide coverage to Kaplan sites nationwide. This 100% campus-based, full-time role requires hands-on coordination of maintenance, safety and admin tasks.

You will oversee contractors, manage the ticket system, and deliver outstanding service to staff and visitors, with a focus on ensuring bathrooms, kitchens, AV, offices and general spaces are well maintained.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative role.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Competent with Microsoft Office.
• Organisation and time management skills.
• Self-motivation and ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, manage and maintain the Campus facilities for Perth campuses.
• Manage the Facilities ticketing system (Fresh Service) and action tickets.
• Oversee contractors engagement, coordination and supervision for site maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure contractor licences and insurances are on file and current.
• Collaborate with campus managers, landlords and contractors for facilities needs (water, bathrooms, kitchens, AV, offices, etc).
• Conduct regular inspections of campus facilities to ensure readiness for use (bathrooms, kitchens, AV, classrooms, staff offices).
• Deliver outstanding customer service and support to staff, contractors and visitors.
• Provide general ad-hoc administration support (filing, updating spreadsheets).
