Qualifications

• Degree in Geotechnical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of mining industry experience.
• Strong understanding of exploration, mine development, and mining value chain.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and align with strategic goals.
• Proven leadership of diverse engineering teams.
• Willingness to travel extensively, including international assignments.

Responsibilities

• Lead geotechnical design across underground assets.
• Develop risk management solutions and design charters.
• Coordinate with projects/operations and manage priorities and resources.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to teams.
• Ensure compliance with standards and corporate objectives.
