Reporting to the Director: Geotechnical Engineering, Underground, you will supervise design teams, align standards with corporate objectives, and oversee multiple workstreams with a focus on safety and value.

Qualifications

• A degree in Geotechnical Engineering.
• 15+ years in mining with geotechnical focus.
• Experience leading design teams and managing multiple projects.
• Willingness to travel internationally and work on-site.
• Ability to liaise with senior leaders and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead geotechnical design and risk management for underground assets.
• Coordinate and manage design charters and priorities.
• Implement geotechnical standards, guidelines and processes.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
• Communicate progress to VP Technical and project management.
