SSP Australia is seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our team at Perth Airport on a full-time basis. You will work with the Head Chef to lead a skilled kitchen team, delivering high-quality food with consistency and exceptional presentation at a premier travel venue.

You will be responsible for maintaining culinary standards, supporting team development, and ensuring smooth day-to-day kitchen operations while embracing SSP’s values and commitment to guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Sous Chef or in a senior kitchen role
• Certificate IV or higher in Commercial Cookery (Essential)
• Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (Essential)
• Strong passion for quality food, culinary standards and presentation
• Experience leading, supporting and developing a kitchen team
• Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene and WHS practices
• Excellent organisation, time management and communication skills
• A positive, energetic and can-do attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences
