Job summary

SSP Australia seeks an experienced Sous Chef to join MoVida @ The Airport and The Rocks Taphouse in Sydney Airport Terminal 2. You will work with the Head Chef to lead the kitchen, maintain culinary standards and deliver exceptional dining experiences in a vibrant airport setting.

Qualifications

• Experience as Sous Chef or in a senior kitchen role.
• Certificate IV or higher in Commercial Cookery (Essential).
• Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (Essential).
• Strong passion for quality food, culinary standards and presentation.
• Experience leading and developing a kitchen team.
• Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene and WHS practices.
• Excellent organisation, time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Head Chef and lead the kitchen team.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality food, consistency and presentation.
• Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations and standards.
