Job summary

Virgin Active on Bligh Street, Sydney is seeking a Fitness Coach (Personal Trainer) to join our premium boutique gym team. You will welcome members, deliver high‑quality PT sessions in world‑class facilities, and leverage provided leads to grow your personal training community.

You’ll work a non‑traditional schedule (~20 hours per week) with paid rostered hours, access ongoing education from top coaches, and enjoy a supportive team culture and a free club membership after you hit 12 months.

Qualifications

• Must hold Cert IV in Fitness and first aid certificate.
• Willingness to work a non-traditional schedule (~20 hours per week).
• Experience delivering PT sessions and guiding member progress.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, connect with and guide members to build your PT community.
• Deliver exceptional personal training sessions in world class facilities.
• Keep PT sessions safe by considering equipment, technique and pre-existing injuries.
• Attend paid team meetings when required.
• Build a true community and leverage your personality to help members experience breakthroughs.
• Develop your client base with provided leads and rostered hours.
