Virgin Active Australia is seeking an energetic personal trainer to deliver standout PT sessions in a vibrant club. You’ll help members reach goals while building a connected community and representing our brand with passion.

Deliver high‑energy sessions, prioritise safety, and contribute to member experience through coaching, flexible scheduling, and participation in marketing activities. Join us to inspire active living across our clubs.

Qualifications

• Cert IV in Fitness is required.
• First aid certification is required.
• Clear Working with Children Check (WWCC) or ability to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and help them find what they need.
• Deliver personal training sessions with your rock-star following.
• Lead members from physical sessions to mind–body journeys.
• Create a culture where the community becomes raving fans.
• Keep PT sessions safe and ensure proper technique for injuries.
• Stay on top of PT admin including bookings, payments and validation of sessions.
• Act as a brand ambassador to support marketing activities.
