Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, administration, contact centre or operations environments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and handle customer conversations with empathy and professionalism.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and web-based systems.
• A proactive and adaptable approach, with strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Experience within insurance, claims or financial services will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries across a range of Personal Injury insurance schemes, delivering a positive and supportive customer experience.
• Manage inbound calls and provide accurate information in line with business procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Support Claims teams through administrative and operational tasks including claim reviews, claim reopen requests, payment updates and system validation activities.
• Investigate and follow up information required to support claims processing and customer outcomes.
• Manage customer feedback and escalation complex matters where required.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the wider team during busy periods.
