Qualifications

• Experience in bodily injury claims processes in insurance, legal, medical, or complex customer services.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, plan and prioritise effectively, and manage competing resources and demands.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex information, extract meaningful insights, and evaluate options for decision-making with high attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, combined with technical proficiency in systems, software, databases, and reporting tools.
• A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a focus on strategic collaboration and case management to maximise return to work and return to health outcomes for claimants, including making key liability decisions.
• Build effective working relationships with injured claimants, family members, legal providers, and medical professionals while maintaining high customer service standards.
• Assess claims for reasonable and necessary treatment and rehabilitation requirements, managing injury needs and interpreting medical reports.
• Provide timely and effective responses to customer needs, ensuring accurate processing of claims and adherence to AAL phone standards.
