Sundale on the Sunshine Coast is seeking experienced Carers for flexible part-time roles across Palmwoods, Coolum, Burnside and Nambour. You will support residents with daily living activities, promoting independence and dignity, while working under clinical supervision within a supportive, people-first environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Support residents' emotional wellbeing and lifestyle needs.
• Deliver care in line with the Aged Care Quality Standards.
• Assist with meals, hydration and linen management.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
• Follow infection control and workplace health and safety practices.
• Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary care team.
• Contribute to a safe, respectful and resident-focused environment.

About the Role

As a Carer, you will support residents with their daily living activities while promoting independence, dignity and choice. You will work under clinical supervision and play a vital role in delivering safe, effective and person-centred care.

• Multiple part-time positions available
• Opportunities across Palmwoods, Coolum, Burnside and Nambour
• Morning, afternoon and night shifts available across a seven-day roster
• Flexible part-time opportunities based on operational requirements

• National Police Check
• Pre-employment medical assessment
