Job summary

Blue Care is seeking a Personal Carer at Warana Beachwood Residential Aged Care Facility. You will support residents with daily living tasks, mobility, and meals, following individualised care plans to enhance quality of life.

Shifts across mornings, afternoons and nights with a minimum 15 hours per week, offering stable permanent roles in a not-for-profit environment with salary packaging and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Certificate III Aged Care or equivalent qualification.
• Experience with technology such as smartphones, tablets, laptops.
• Willingness to satisfy probity checks required by legislation or policies.

Employment Status: Permanent roles available

Location: Warana Beachwood Residential Aged Care Facility

Remuneration: $36.32 p/hr + Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging (Increases your take home pay) + Penalties & Allowances + Employee discounts

Enjoy variety in your week with shifts across mornings, afternoons and nights, Monday to Friday - we’re looking for someone comfortable working across all shift types (minimum 15 hours per week).

About the role:

As a Personal Carer you’ll provide care to your clients living in our residential home, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life through activities that include: Daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene, help at mealtimes and general mobility Providing care in accordance with their individualised Care Plan Supporting with community based recreational and social activities

Role requirements:

• Certificate III Aged Care, Home and Community Care, Disability Support, or an equivalent qualification
• Experience with technology incl. smartphones, tablets, laptops etc
• Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies
• NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
