Job summary

Blue Care is seeking a Personal Carer for the Kingaroy Canowindra Aged Care Facility. This casual role requires providing daily living assistance, personal care, and support within individualised care plans. You will help residents with meals, mobility, and participate in community activities.

The position involves rotating across AM, PM and night shifts, including every second weekend, to deliver compassionate, person-centred care in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Certificate III Aged Care, Home and Community Care, Disability Support, or an equivalent qualification.
• Experience with technology incl. smartphones, tablets, laptops etc
• NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain

Employment Status: Casual position available

Location: Kingaroy Canowindra Aged Care Facility

Remuneration: $36.32 p/hr ($45.40 for casual) + Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging (Increases your take home pay) + Penalties & Allowances + Employee discounts

Must be available to work across AM (6am - 2:30pm) PM (2pm to 10:30pm) & Night shifts (10pm to 6:30am), including every second weekend.

• Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies
• NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
