Job summary

BlueCare in Springwood is seeking a Personal Carer on a part-time contract to provide daily living support in a aged care facility. You will deliver care per the individual Care Plan and assist with social activities in a respectful, patient-centered manner.

The role requires Certificate III Aged Care or equivalent, comfort with technology, and meeting probity and NDIS requirements. Shift options include morning, afternoon and night across Monday to Friday, with salary packaging and benefits

Qualifications

• Certificate III Aged Care or equivalent qualification is required.
• Experience with technology such as smartphones, tablets, and laptops.
• Confidence to satisfy probity checks required by legislation.
• NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Daily living assistance including showering, hygiene, mealtimes and mobility.
• Care in accordance with individualised Care Plan.
• Support with community and social activities.

Employment Status: Part-time contract (until Feb 2027 with possible extension)

Location: Springwood Aged Care Facility

Remuneration: $36.32 per hour + 12% Super + Not-for-Profit Salary Packaging (increase your take-home pay) + Allowances + Employee Discounts

Availability Required: Flexibility to work shifts across:

• Morning: 6:00am to 2:00pm
• Afternoon: 2:00pm to 10:00pm
• Night: 10:00pm to 6:00am
• Monday to Friday

Role requirements:
