Job summary

Conexson is seeking Personal Care Workers to deliver high-quality, person-centered care in Gold Coast aged care facilities. Casual shifts and flexible rosters let you pick hours that fit your life, with weekly pay and an easy online portal.

You will provide daily living assistance, support independence and dignity, work with nurses and care staff, and maintain accurate care documentation to meet facility standards. This role rewards empathy, patience and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Empathy, patience and a genuine passion for caring for older Australians.
• Minimum 12 months experience as a Personal Care Worker (RAC experience preferred).
• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent.
• Valid Working Rights in Australia.
• Current Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening, plus up-to-date vaccinations.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality, person-centered care to residents.
• Assist residents with daily living activities including hygiene, mobility, and meals.
• Support residents' independence, dignity, and well-being.
• Work collaboratively with nurses and other care staff.
• Maintain accurate care documentation in line with facility standards.

On the job you will:

• Provide safe, high-quality, person-centered care to residents

What you bring:
