Job summary

Conexson in Rockhampton is seeking a Personal Care Worker to deliver high-quality, person-centred care in Residential Aged Care facilities across the region.

You will support daily living activities, including hygiene, mobility and meals, while working collaboratively with nurses and care staff. Enjoy weekly pay, flexible shifts, and the ability to choose shifts that fit your lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent.
• Minimum 12 months experience as a PCW (RAC experience is required).
• Current Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening, and up-to-date vaccinations (including flu and COVID-19).
• Valid Working Rights in Australia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality, person-centered care to residents.
• Assist residents with daily living activities including hygiene, mobility, and meals.
• Support residents' independence, dignity, and well-being.
• Work collaboratively with nurses and other care staff.
