Job summary

Conexson is seeking Personal Care Workers for casual, flexible shifts in Cairns. You will deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents in leading Residential Aged Care facilities in the region.

Join a team that values empathy, communication and teamwork, with weekly pay, bonus incentives, and referral rewards. You’ll work with nurses and staff to support daily living activities and maintain proper care documentation.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent.
• Minimum 12 months experience as a PCW (RAC experience is a must).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid Working Rights in Australia; Current Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening; up-to-date vaccinations including flu and COVID-19.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality, person-centered care to residents.
• Assist residents with daily living activities including hygiene, mobility, and meals.
• Support residents' independence, dignity, and well-being.
• Work collaboratively with nurses and other care staff.
• Maintain accurate care documentation in line with facility standards.

On the job you will:
