Job summary

Conexson Aged Care Recruitment is seeking a Personal Care Worker for casual shifts in Rockhampton. Join leading residential aged care facilities to deliver quality care within your region.

Work flexible shifts, receive weekly pay, and benefit from a supportive team. You will assist with daily living, hygiene and meals, collaborate with nurses, and maintain documentation per facility standards.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent.
• Minimum 12 months experience as a PCW (experience within a RAC is a must).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid Working Rights in Australia; current Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening, and up-to-date vaccinations (including flu and COVID-19).

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality, person-centered care to residents.
• Assist residents with daily living activities including hygiene, mobility, and meals.
• Support residents' independence, dignity, and well-being.
• Work collaboratively with nurses and other care staff.
• Maintain accurate care documentation in line with facility standards.
