Job summary

Conexson Aged Care Recruitment in Mackay is seeking a Personal Care Worker to join our casual roster, delivering high-quality, person-centered care to residents in local aged care facilities.

You will assist with daily living activities, support independence, and collaborate with nurses and care staff. A minimum 12 months PCW experience and a valid Working Rights check are required; weekly pay and flexible shifts are offered.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent.
• Minimum 12 months experience as a PCW in RAC setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathy and patience with residents.
• Valid working rights in Australia, police check, and up-to-date vaccinations.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality, person-centred care to residents.
• Assist residents with daily living activities including hygiene, mobility, and meals.
• Support residents' independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
• Work collaboratively with nurses and care staff.
• Maintain accurate care documentation in line with facility standards.

On the job you will:

• Provide safe, high-quality, person-centered care to residents

What you bring:
