Job summary

Bolton Clarke Cabrini, located in Parramatta, NSW, is seeking dedicated care staff to deliver high-quality, safe personal care to our residents in a supportive aged care setting.

You will assist with daily living activities, support independence, and help residents maintain dignity and comfort while completing accurate documentation. The role offers a collaborative environment with strong clinical support and opportunities to progress into leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Experience in Aged Care is highly regarded.
• Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate, etc.).
• Before start, complete a National Police Check and/or an NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain).

• To provide high quality, safe, and timely contemporary personal care; assisting with the functions of daily living according to the individual needs of residents.
• Support and care for residents as they age and assisting them to maintain their independence and live with dignity, self-determination and comfort.
• Assist the resident with self-care needs, safe mobility and transfers, and complete documentation.

• Ensuring an effective and consumer focused care and service delivery for all residents.

To be successful, you will have

• Experience in Aged Care highly regarded
