As a Personal Care Worker you’ll deliver quality, safe and timely personal care, assist with daily living, mobility and documentation, and help residents maintain independence and dignity.

Qualifications

• Experience in aged care is highly regarded.
• Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc).
• Before starting, obtain a National Police Check and/or an NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain).

The Role

As aPersonal Care Workeryou’ll provide assistance to our residents, ensuring they are supported with services and activities that are centred around their wellbeing, independence, interests and choices.

The key focus of the role will be to:

To provide high quality, safe, and timely contemporary personal care; assisting with the functions of daily living according to the individual needs of residents.

Support and care for residents as they age and assisting them to maintain their independence and live with dignity, self-determination and comfort.

Assist the resident with self-care needs, safe mobility and transfers, and complete documentation.

Ensuring an effective and consumer focused care and service delivery for all residents.

To be successful, you will have

• Experience in Aged Care highly regarded
