Bolton Clarke is seeking a Permanent Part-time Home Care Worker to provide personalised home and community support for clients in Boonah, Aratula, Roadvale, Rosevale and surrounding areas. You will deliver personal care, assist with daily activities, and help clients maintain independence in their own homes.

The role supports clients with transport, shopping, meal preparation and social connection, backed by a passionate team and strong clinical support.

Qualifikationen

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Aging) or equivalent qualification is required.
• Australian Driver licence and own vehicle are required.
• Current First Aid & CPR is required.
• Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
• Police Check (valid within the last 3 years)
• Experience in care role highly regarded

We have a Permanent Part-time position open in our Home and Community support team, providing personal care assistance for our clients across Boonah, Aratula, Roadvale, Rosevale and surroundings areas.

As a valued member of our community aged care team, you'll provide personal care and support that helps older Australians live independently in their own homes. You'll be backed by a passionate, experienced team who are dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-centred care - and who will support you every step of the way.

About the role

Our Home Care Workers support our clients with personalised services and meaningful activities that promote their health, happiness, independence, and individual lifestyle choices. These include:

• Personal care assistance, such as showering and personal hygiene needs
• Assistance to continue to live well and positively (e.g. transport to appointments, shopping, house cleaning and meal preparation)
• Social connection and companionship

What do we need from you?
