Job summary

Bolton Clarke Group is seeking a Personal Care Worker to support residents with daily living activities, mobility and well-being in a compassionate aged care setting. You will help residents maintain independence and dignity while documenting care and supporting a high standard of service.

Experience in aged care is valued, with opportunities for career progression within a supportive team. Employment is on-site with a not-for-profit employer offering salary packaging benefits and staff supports.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support & Ageing (or equivalent).
• Experience in Aged Care highly regarded.
• Valid working rights in Australia.
• National Police Check and/or NDIS Workers Check prior to commencement (or willingness to obtain).

The key focus of the role will be to:

• To provide high quality, safe, andtimelycontemporary personal care;assistingwith the functions of daily living according to the individual needs of residents.

• Support and care for residents as they age andassistingthem tomaintaintheir independence and live with dignity,self-determinationand comfort.

• Assistthe resident with self-care needs, safe mobility and transfers, and complete documentation.

• Join a caring community with opportunities to progress your career in nursing or leadership.

• Ensuring an effective and consumer focused care and service delivery for all residents.

To be successful, you will have

• Certificate III in Individual Support & Ageing (or equivalent)

• Experience in Aged Care highly regarded

• Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)

• Prior to commencement - complete a National Police Check and or a NDIS Workers Check (or willingness to obtain)
