Job summary

Bolton Clarke Group is seeking a Personal Care Worker to support residents with daily living activities, mobility and well-being in a compassionate aged care setting. You will help residents maintain independence and dignity while documenting care and supporting a high standard of service.

Experience in aged care is valued, with opportunities for career progression within a supportive team. Employment is on-site with a not-for-profit employer offering salary packaging benefits and staff supports.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support & Ageing (or equivalent).
• Experience in Aged Care highly regarded.
• Valid working rights in Australia.
• National Police Check and/or NDIS Workers Check prior to commencement (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality, safe personal care and assist with daily living activities.
• Support residents to maintain independence with dignity and comfort.
• Assist residents with self-care needs, mobility and documentation.
• Join a caring community with opportunities for career progression in nursing or leadership.
• Ensure consumer focused care and service delivery for all residents.
