Job summary

Bolton Clarke Group is seeking a Personal Care Worker for Coastal Waters Aged Care Residential Home near Jervis Bay. You will provide high-quality, person-centred care and assist residents with daily living activities, mobility, and documentation, supporting their independence and comfort.

Experience in aged care is highly regarded. Applicants must have Australian working rights and be willing to obtain a National Police Check or NDIS Worker Check.

The Role

As aPersonal Care Workeryou’ll provide assistance to our residents, ensuring they are supported with services and activities that are centred around their wellbeing, independence, interests and choices.

The key focus of the role will be to:

• To provide high quality, safe, and timely contemporary personal care; assisting with the functions of daily living according to the individual needs of residents.
• Support and care for residents as they age and assisting them to maintain their independence and live with dignity, self-determination and comfort.
• Assist the resident with self-care needs, safe mobility and transfers, and complete documentation.
• Join a caring community with opportunities to progress your career in nursing or leadership.
• Ensuring an effective and consumer focused care and service delivery for all residents.

To be successful, you will have:

• Experience in Aged Care highly regarded
• Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
• Prior to commencement - complete a National Police Check and or a NDIS Workers Check (or willingness to obtain)
